Calm under pressure

I amazed by the poise on display in this video. You are certainly seasoned travelers at this point. BTW, what are you using to shoot video? Your little Pentax digicam?

I haven't made a big deal about it, but we did take the plunge regarding video.  While in Hing Kong, I got a Sony Handycam DCR PC 1000 So far it's been a blast learning about doing videos.  

As for the poise- that Egg McMuffin incident almost put me over the edge.

Didn't you lose your Treo in

Didn't you lose your Treo in Australia?  How did you replace it?

Also, how did you snare that first class upgrade or did it just work out that way?

Yes, I lost the Treo while leaving Australia, but got a replacement in Singapore.  Travel insurance helped a lot.

We think that since we were the last to check into the flight, they ran out of seats in coach, so there was nothing left but first class. Darn!

You lucky dogs

I got a first classupgrade coming back from England last month. But poor Larry, traveling with me, did not. I tried to switch half way, but he didn't want to sit next to the scary lady sitting next to me who clobbered him with her crutch when she went to the bathroom. (Larry had the front seat in economy by the Loo)

Love these videos, you guys. Makes it seem like it hasn't actually been 8 freakin' months. BTW Sachi - you were definitely on my mind last week while Sandra, Mo, Sandra's sis, Loren and I were on Kauai.

Can't Believe It

I can't believe you all went to Kauai without me.

 

Did you stay on the North Shore or the South? Did you do the Na Pali cruise? It's my favorite island...
